My name is Jeff Lukas, and I am writing on behalf of Seattle Heights Condominium to request a county inspection regarding the dumpsters belonging to the Dimensions building, which are located in the alleyway adjacent to our property. Trash compactor noise. It is a an extremely loud piece of machinery which runs throughout the night, absolutely destroying any semblance of "quiet hours". For majority of the time that I've lived here, it doesn't just run a cycle or two, it doesn't stop. The trash chute was recently out of order for about a month, which was the most peace I've had at the apartment complex. Throughout the nights, the trash compactor is continually going off. It makes loud banging noises that affect my ability to sleep during quiet hours. I have attempted to talk with the complex for several months but nothing is changing. They refuse to turn the machine off during quiet hours.

Some kind of heavy machinery or trash compactor is operating throughout the night multiple if not every night a week. It is loud and goes off for long periods of time. I can the winding up, banging, etc through all the walls in my apartment.
