Received a notice to terminate tenancy. However, the notices used for back up are wrong. I have been in the hospital since August and am currently on a ventilator. I'm terrified that I will miss a summons or hearing and my children will be evicted while I'm in the hospital and can't do anything about it.

I am a tenant at 2251 NW 59th St. We consistently have issues with our trash not being collected. I have reported this to property management and they have not done anything to resolve the problem. I believe there are issues with the trucks being able to access the dumpsters. Whatever the problems are, this needs to be resolved. The amount of trash building up is a health hazard and attracts rats.
