Across the street at 232 1st Ave N, Seattle, 98109, there is an active construction site on a building. This site has been operational before 7 am every day for the past month or more, generating loud noises from machinery and construction activities. Despite regulations limiting construction noise during weekdays (7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m), they consistently start between 6 am and 6:30 am. Even with windows closed, the noises exceed normal limits and are disruptive.

These trucks going to and from Key Arena and extremely loud and it is nearly 1am. I have to work. Either be more more considerate of the tenants in this area or shut it down by 11pm. This is ridiculous.
