Moved into MFTE/MHA unit May 2023. Unit had never been rented previously. Unit is located directly above the gym which is accessible 24 hrs a day. Made complaints to the leasing staff via email as well as their 3rd party security via phone for months regarding the gym noise all day and especially during quiet hours (10pm-8am).
