Moved into MFTE/MHA unit May 2023. Unit had never been rented previously. Unit is located directly above the gym which is accessible 24 hrs a day. Made complaints to the leasing staff via email as well as their 3rd party security via phone for months regarding the gym noise all day and especially during quiet hours (10pm-8am). Nothing has been done to address the situation and complaints have been ignored. Lease is currently active through the end of May 2024. Unable

Been experiencing trouble with building- neighbor would bang on wall every night, requested to move to a different apartment, landlord won't approve. Neighbor passed away and floor was contaminated with really bad smell due to the dead body. This all happened in January. A shooting that happened to downstairs neighbor.
