Follow up on 001676-26CP.Still has rat infestation with rat droppings in and on the insulation, which is the wall or lack thereof. Landlord knows of rat infestation and won't let me hire an exterminator - instead had a boy lay down four traps and called it finished. Insulation is falling down., rats have not been dealt with.
