I am filing a complaint against my landlord for failure to provide adequate hot water, a habitability violation under RCW 59.18.060.Our water heater has been non-functional since June 17, 2026 - now 12 days. On June 22, 2026, a contractor performed a partial repair (upper thermostat replacement) and explicitly stated that the entire unit requires full replacement.
