Per Online;To Whom It May Concern:Please address legitimacy and validity of two structures in front of Austin Bell Building, located at 2324 1st Ave, Seattle, WA 98121. Limoncello Restaurant and Screwdriver Bar erected outdoor structures during Covid pandemic. Since their inception, there were not used but one or two months the very first year. Since then, these structures became infested with rodents, homeless and turned into outdoor restrooms for anyone
