New tenants @ rental house. A dilapidated RV showed up last week partially parked in the alley and in the rear yard. 2 people and 2 dogs occupy the RV. The occupants of the RV told the complainant that the RV would be gone by the weekend - but it was only moved out of the alley and further into the rear yard. 2 inops in the south side yard - one inop is missing tires, the other doesn't start.
