Illegal unit in basement. The tenant in the basement unit is a Realtor with Windermere Real Est, his name is Joe Bills. The complainant claims to be the daughter of the owners of the property and is calling on behalf of the Bascom Family Trust. She says her parents are no longer capable of managing the property. She says the property will go up for sale soon and the Realtor tenant plans on representing the property and listing the MIL unit. She considers this unethical and would like it stopped
