PER ONLINE: Landlord has been renting out unit with a commercial license as airbnb short term rental. Last month, couple of tourists were left stranded as landlord did not respond over phone / text.Unaware tourists are left stranded not fully about the where abouts of the landlord or the living conditions.

The landlord has disconnected power service to residents, with almost no prior notification. Notification was received on the day(06/21/2018) of scheduled repair and for a short disruption in service between 10 am - 12 PM for 06/21/2018. The landlord was in process of providing power for a new unit that has been recently constructed in the same property bounds. However, later during the day, a secondary notification was received saying that Seattle City Lights have not been able to rest

per online complaint: The space between our buildings was covered in large piles of dirt, including our walkway.
