Caller is contacting POTA on behalf of his mother and sister, both of whom rent an apartment together (on lease together). The lease is over at the end of January and the tenants have an option of renewing month-to-month. The mother is set to leave at the end of the lease, however the sister is planning on staying. Has rats and wants a housing inspection. Very upset that she is paying top dollar to rent the penthouse in this builing and that there are rats in the building and tenants in the building who smoke pot. Tenant has contacted King Co. Health re rats.
