Tenant stated rent increases needed a 180 day notice, and landlord returned with a lease offer of 6 months 0% increase, 6 months 6% increase. ZONING--per CSB--Couch has been in alley for almost three weeks. The couch has encouraged homeless individuals to sleep on the couch at night causing unsafe feelings through the alley. SPU Inspector: 2411 the beige couch and 2407 brown couch. Not on ROW are being kept in alley. Owner's responsibility.
