Lights on apartment building in alley are extremely bright without any directional shielding and are pointed to shine directly into windows of apartment across the alley. My personal concern is that they directly illuminate all of my windows and balcony doors on the W and S side at night which is not only extremely annoying on a personal level, but makes it much easier for those walking through the alley to see into my apartment. I am not able to add blinds to the doors on the W-facing side as
