On the stairs to the apartment there are two AC units one is commercial and the other is a window unit. The businesses below use the units all day this makes the stair wail very hot and the hot air has not ventalation. The hot air comes into the apartment and it makes it extreamly difficult to cool off the apartment.There is a metal screen on the door leading to the stairs but there is not actual ventalation. Please help.
