Abandoned couch left by vacating tenant outside building for one month. A neighbor became injured moving the unsightly couch into the dumpster area, and the owners just moved it back to side of building. Couch attracts drug users and additional trash buildup. Separately, there are two broken windows in back that have remained unrepaired for two months. Large shards of glass became dangerous and the owner just added unsightly black duct-tape.
