Per online complaint: in the alley behind either 2441 3rd ave w or 2451 3rd ave w there is a collection of furniture parts and food waste. it's been there some time. new tenants have just moved in. we think this was left by owner when he moved out.Note: Over follow-up call, complainant clarified that junk is in yard, best viewed from alley.
