I am emailing about parking signs in front of 2470 Dexter Ave N 98109. They use this load in load out permit for personal cars and they leave all the no parking signs along with a bunch of cones in the street 24/7 and weekends. I do know that they are not supposed to be using this space for personal cars and I also know by reading the rules on the website that they have to come down out of the street at night ( SDOT says the signs aren't supposed to be in the stree

This construction site has permits for no parking Monday-Friday during the daytime only. However, they have blocked off the area with caution tape/traffic channelizer cones 24/7, including nights and weekends so that no one can park there. This is frustrating for neighbors; they shouldn't be able to block parking during times they don't have a permit.
