Per CSB; PER SPU: Home Depot not maintaining the property on SW Webster side of their property. HD is responsible for maintaining the planting strip, sidewalk, up to the street.

Per Online; Back and side yards are overgrown and unmaintained. Vermin has taken residence and is creating a nuisance to our home as well as other neighboring homes. Attempts have been made to have the owner remediate, but no action has been taken.

HOUSING--per online-- Multiple smoke detectors have been chirping every 45 seconds in this residence for months. Batteries have been replaced, but they continue to sound. Property owner will not take action to fix. Concern for resident safety.
