Silver Chevrolet sedan car with no front or rear plates, dark-tinted windows, and a muffler! The lady who drives the car day and night lives in one of the front units closest to the street! The muffler is extremely loud and wakes us several times at night, including a sleeping baby! The car is parked on the street outside the building and sometimes in front of the garbage cans!

I want this issue addressed, please! The property located at 2500 E Union St, Seattle's garbage area, is in a constant state of filth! Tenants simply throw garbage everywhere, and both recycling and garbage are left unattended! This is not acceptable, and I would appreciate it if your office could please fix this. Clearly, the building owners don't seem to care.

The parking lot has garbage, and furniture and appliances have been dumped for weeks! The property owner neglects it! Random people pull up at night and sleep in their cars on the property. They dump their garbage on the ground and urinate against the fence!
