PER CSB 25-00209207: The blackberries are far overhanging the sidewalk (to the middle in some places) so if kids are on scooter or bikes the blackberry thorns are hitting their face. The overgrowth has been untouched and reported for years now neighbors would like to sell and need something done asap. We will send letter to SDOT, SDCI and anywhere else weekly until something is done.
