HOUSING--per phone call--complainant purchased mold test from Home Depot and it was positive. Says carpet is molded on surface so he is sure mold exists underneath, tile is lifting, electrical issues/violations. He is handicapped and needs his unit to be safe. Says the mold is making him sick and he has reported all violations to landlord to no avail
