Per county records, remodeling a 3B1B home and conversion to 4B3B. Scope of work includes addition of two bathrooms, finishing out basement, new electreical, plumbing, HVAC, new deck taller than 8 ft in height. Needs a STFI and relevant permits. Some permits were pulled after prior code compliance complaint, but the main one: STFI for the layout change, wall demo and bathroom addition was not done.
