Lights all around outside that are attached to bldg. are blasting in primary windows of this neighbor. The construction crew will not turn lights down and leaves lights on during the night -they shine into neighbors houses.

Appears not to be building according to the approved plans. Building a parapet wall that is 3 1/2 feet tall and not 16" tall that was approved on the plans (Permit 735090). Complainant said that this permit was issued in error from the very beginning.
