My shower has a sloping issue causing the water to pool, unable to drain and clear itself for multiple days. Management admitted the issues, made it worse after 2 repairs and refused any further repairs. They told me to use a squeegee as the solution. They refused any further discussion on solutions.What are my rights? Are these violations or is it something I just have to live with?
