Landlord rented house that has not been properly maintained and was leaking gas and CO from a cracked heat exchange on furnace with a leaky valve also. Furnace was replaced, but only after my husband, 2yo and myself had been inhaling gas dept verified ambient levels of methane and CO. Furnace was 40y/o and had not been serviced since 2014.
