The balcony in unit #5, which is above the tenant's unit, is unsafe, they put new wood ontop of rotten wood and there are no bolts holding it into the building. Visible from tenant's unit. The building's intercom is also broken.

Replacing a balcony (3rd story?) without a building permit. Complainant's balcony is immediately below and they're concerned about how the balcony was constructed. See attached photos by H/Z Inspector Maggie Dang.
