Per online complaint "Vacant Building - for last 9 years (at least) - visually a "deal breaker" for people interested in buying homes in the neighborhood. Host to rats and feral cats and other rodents. Possible fire hazard - do not bother to cut tall grass in hot summer weather - dry. Unsightly appearance."

Per online complaint: "The fence around this abandoned building has been cut open (on right front - not obvious from street) and the fence limiting access to the stairwell also appears to be open. I've heard noise and suspect a squatter. There's also gang graffiti."
