A fence has gone up recently at this property that is an unacceptable eyesore and intrudes into the City right of way.  It is in an NC zone intended for ground floor commercial uses but completely blocks sight lines from the street to the business next door. While the existing apartment building is a grandfathered use, the fence is new so it is not and it violates NC zoning transparency requirements.
