There is a loud repeating high-pitched beeping/squeaking coming (I believe) Duke's or somewhere nearby. It's audible from all over the neighborhood even with earplugs or noise-canceling headphones. I believe it's coming from some kind of ventilation unit, as the noise seems consistent with a spinning fan.

- recent water leak can hear water in pipes coming from unit above me- unable to use bathtub chipped paint problem- mold concerns/health hazard- dryer vents are always clogged- need peephole installed on my door- railings/stair issue this place needs an inspection safety concerns
