Concerned about flag stones placed between 1007 and 1003 W. Newell St.: 1) Will this adversely affect drainage? 2) Is a permit required? and 3) Upset about the noise from tenants using the space where the flag stones were placed, and 4) Wanted to know if there was an ordinance preventing smoking outside in single family zones.Wants inspector to meet with her (although I explained that would not happen--by the way, the caller mentioned that she did not like my attitude).
