My door is not secure, does not close and lock properly. I've beenwaiting for over a year for repairs. The carpet is wellworn and the doormolding needs tobe replaced to keep cold air out.I've been a tenantfor 11 years.

Per Online; I was walking along Alki Beach today and a cursory look at the "Alki Sands" shows substantial concrete failure and rust on many of the balconies facing the beach. Some of the cracks in the concrete extend for over several feet and appear to be an inch or so in width. It's really a matter of time until one or more of these balconies collapses.

We have a rat issue. Our neighbors in 104 moved out last month. They had a big hole in their floor from a leak we shared that the landlords never fixed. Needless to say since they vacated rats have came in and are in their and our apartments in the late evenings, early mornings. We can hear them scratching at walls and floors all morning. And we have been finding droppings and they are eating our dogs food..we contacted our landlord Monday and today and they have done nothing.

Received 14-day notice today. I withheld Dec. rent due to no response to requests for several repairs, such as electrical, non-working stove, refrigerator needs replacing, hole in ceiling from chimney fire.
