My neighbors and I have a small garden in the common space of our building. It does not obstruct any fire exits or cause any damage to the space. It means a great deal to us and helps us feel a sense of community as tenants. The building owner is having it removed without a agreeing to have conversation with us first.

I'm sandwiched between 2 commercial construction projects in my unit. The noise is unbearable and I was not given any notice prior to the start of the construction. I have not been offered any concessions or rent credit.7/17/2023 - Complainant reported one of the construction projects is allowing roofing shingles to fall to the ground, without any safety precautions in place.
