I manage the building next door to this address.There are workers at that building which has been vacant for some time.They have been working inside and out at random hours day and night. It has been a few weeks now, and Saturday they worked overnight. They are using power tools, hammering, etc. which is fine during work hours, but not all night. This disturbs my tenants' sleep and ability to enjoy their homes. Another complaint is that they are using vulgar langua
