I recently toured a home located at 2718Ne 94th St., Seattle WA 98115 (see enclosed Zillow ad). The most concerning itme is that there is a "guest" living in the basement "from August." From August of which year? I spoke with a neighbor after seeing the home who informed me that tenant has lived in the basement for many years.
