I lived in the unit for two years and moved out on 7/31/2023. I did deep cleaning by hiring someone when I move out and you can find the photos I took.(I can provide the receipt of move out cleaning if you need) However, the owner refuse to return the security deposit $2650, because he claims deep cleaning is not thoroughly, he did again and it costs ~$800, which is not reasonable as it's the 2nd deep cleaning. I didn't paint anything on the wall,

Per online complaint dated on 5/18/2006-"There is a very large Laurel bush located on the parking strip near the NE corner of the lot (Corner of Hamlin and Boylston). It either needs to be trimmed up or removed. The bush obstructs drivers' views of pedestrians when drivers are making a right turn at the top of Hamlin. Hamlin is used heavily during evening commuting hours. I almost hit a bicyclist (who was riding on the sidewalk)."
