Complainant doesn't think the fans in the bathroom and kitchen ventilate to exterior, mold around the edge of carpet, carpet is peeling back in places. NOTE: Complainant is going to call the American Lung Assoc. for mold concerns, the carpet in the unit is 18 years old. She will have landlord's phone # for the inspector.

When the buses turn east of 28th onto 85th, the driver cannot see because of the large palm type trees planted in the strip. The trees are trimmed into balls and the leaves are so dense that the driver is forced to pull out into traffic to see. Metro says that this complex planted these trees without a permit and then were allowed to keep them by the City as long as they kept them trimmed so that traffic would not be impeded.
