Per Online; We surfaced maintenance tickets multiple times for water and hvac issues and had to swab and test our vents, which showed active fruiting and sporing toxic fungus and we had to hire a contractor to clean the vents because the building wasn't responding. We believe Equity Residential failed to comply with the warrant of habitability and it has lead to severe health issues and a huge cost burden and they aren't willing to even send someone out to look at it.

Lack of hot water. On 10/24/2025 The building completed repairs on their water system and several units have not had hot water since. They have contacted their vendor and mentioned recently on 11/21 that they have ordered some parts, but that the work is worse than they thought and they still cannot give anyone an update on when hot water will be restored. On top of this, they still expect everyone to pay full price for their water utilities and rent even though it's been a month with no hot wa
