Equipment noise on 15th Ave. West, and St Armour Street, in northbound lanes near the number 20 fire station. Large, temporary metal plates left in road to cover roadwork, are making excruciating loud noise each time cars drive over them, every 10 seconds or so. This is a busy section of road even late at night, and many residential buildings are right next to this spot.
