The landlord has turned the house into as many bedrooms as possible and the tenants park next to my house and has damaged our fence. There is an abandoned car that's been next to my house for over a year that was from a tenant and I have filed a find it fix it abandoned vehicle case, contacted SPD, filed a ticket with construction, escalated to Ombudsman etc still to no avail.
