Hi, I am reporting a recurring noise ordinance violation. There is a commercial garbage truck collecting in a back alley adjacent to my apartment building around 4 AM PT every other day. My address is 285 8th Ave N Seattle 98109. I understand the noise ordinance prohibits collection before 7 AM in residential zones.
