My former landlord has violated the City of Seattle and the State of Washingtons landlord/tenant laws (SMC 7.24.034 & RCW 59.18.260). This is my 3rd official complaint. 1. My landlord hired a third-party collections agency who has been contacting me seeking payment for charges that my landlord assessed as owed by the tenant for a final account statement, but the charges on my landlords "Summary of Move Out Charges", are both factually incorrect, and unlawful, in the City of Seattle. 2.
