We live in an apartment that has a locked and gated back dumpster area. This is also an exit/entryway for tenants. Countless times in the last 6 months, people from the street have been able to break into this area due to the fact that the door does not close properly. We have asked the management several times to fix the lock and gate so that we are not being confronted with unknown strangers/intruders when we attempt to exit or enter the building.
