Front yard parcel at this address is actually owned by City of Seattle. City has failed to maintain the lawn care, dead apple tree, and now there is a rodent problem of a mole digging up the front yard and making large holes all over. I have tenants in the home with small children and other tenants in the other side of the duplex who say this is unsanitary and unsightly. The City needs to maintain the parcel they own. We are the homeowners, who also own several properties. You
