Per Online; I have been a in sub-lease since March. When I moved in there was well over 9 people living in this unit at the time. The person with lease never came to see who is moving in, or checking as they move out. Now I am one of two people living here, and they will not properly take care of the property damage, and maintenance I've been requesting upon seeing the issues the first time. The power distribution of this house does not seem legal either.

CONSTRUCTION--The house was sold about 5 months ago - when sold, it had 2 units in it. It has been under construction since that time and it looks like the new owner is putting in a third unit (basement). I believe our block is zoned for 2 living units per lot. Also, it looks like they are building off street parking - not sure if that is zoned or not.
