rights - Management recently informed residents that repairs will not even begin until May 28, and will take an additional 4 to 5 weeks to complete. This timeline means the building will be without a primary heat source for over three months, which is unacceptable. Furthermore, management is currently ignoring my communications seeking a resolution.(see 005669-26CP)
