Property: 3036 4th Ave W, Unit 3, Seattle, WA 98119 Management: Alchemy Real Estate (formerly Nordic / Keluka Homes LLC) Property Manager: Carter CusterSummary: I am requesting an SDCI inspection for mold, moisture intrusion, electrical hazards, unsafe construction, and habitability concerns in my former rental unit.
