I don't know if my address was recorded right but it is 3046 17th Ave W APT 410. 98119. Werner Apartments. I would like to have an inspection at my rental unit as the landlord has not made repairs in accordance with Washington State laws. My thermostat was not working and it took three weeks to have a resolution there, no heat. My fan in the restroom does not work so hot air cannot escape as the dryer is located in the restroom. The window in the apartment only opens three inche
