There is overgrown vegetation blocking a clear path along the sidewalks around the building for pedestrian use. There is an alley-way behind the residence (between 59th Ave SW and 60th Ave SW) for vehicular traffic. When travelling south down the alleyway and attempting to turn left onto SW Admiral Way (heading eastward up the hill toward Safeway), the overgrown vegetation on this property makes it difficult to see oncoming traffic from the right.
