PER CSB: The camp that was cleared from the park has moved to an open parking spot next to a residence and there are constant drug deals happening, dirty needles laying around, it smells like a bunch of body fluid. Shady cars keep driving through our alley, it needs to be cleaned up. They keep piling up more and more things and it's getting absurd.

There have been people living in the apartment building next-door to mine in their parking lot area for several months. They are constantly doing drugs, having people drive up and get drugs from them, collect supplies to sell to get money for drugs, there are bikes that come, and go, that I am guessing are stolen, I have tried to find the landlord that owns the building next-door, and I was unable to locate the owner of the building.

About 2 weeks ago, the city finally cleared the beginnings of a new encampment in Thomas Street Park. Thomas Street Park has been through this, and last time an encampment was allowed to expand in this location, there were 2 fires there, 2 in the neighboring apartment and 2 in the garages on the alley. Our alley became a crime scene- public bathroom- open air drug location, etc. The city came to help our community not go down this road again. Unfortunately, the City has
