When renewing our annual rental lease, we informed our property manager that we may have to leave before our lease ends. He agreed to allow us to end our lease and leave early with a 75 days notice and clearly communicated that: "This would allow us enough time to find a new tenant in the event you needed to move during the winter months without a concern for vacancy.". Now that we've given him the notice to terminate the lease, the property manager is mentioning the winter time and difficulty
